If it sounds like we might be a good fit, I'll invite you to a brief phone call — a low-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, share more about what's going on, and get a feel for how I work. No commitment required.
3 We decide together if it's a good fit
After the consultation, if it feels right for both of us, we'll schedule your first session. If it doesn't feel like the right match, I'll do my best to point you toward someone who might be a better fit — that matters to me too.
4 Your first session
We meet virtually through SimplePractice — no app download needed, just a secure link. From there, we go at your pace.
